Mr. Cardell Frison was born July 11, 1956 in Macon, Tennessee to the late Annie Katherine and Joseph �Scope� Frison. He was called home August 28, 2011 at the age of 55. The 5th of 11 children, Cardell enjoyed spending time with his family, children, and watching his favorite television program. Cardell served 24 years in the U.S. Army. A decorated war veteran, he received several awards including the Military Achievement Medal, Auto Rifle Medal, Saudi Arabi Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, South West Asia Service Medal, National Defense Medal and the Armed Forces Reserve Medal. He retired as a sergeant after serving in Desert Storm in Kuwait from 1991-1992. Cardell also retired from the Veteran's Administration. Mr. Frison loved spending time with his family and loved children. He was preceded in death by his parents Annie and Joseph Frison and 3 sisters Sandra K. Frison, Gloria Watson, and Joann York Cleveland. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Mary Frison, 4 children Theoplis D. Frison of North Carolina, Rachel Lampkin of Biloxi, Rodney Lampkin of Tallahassee, FL, and Ariel Lampkin of Biloxi, 5 sisters Veren Fleming of TN, Ruthie (Leslie) Lindsay of TN, Elizabeth(Calvin) Frison of TN, Derry Frison of TN, Marcia(Vincent) Frison of TN, 3 brothers Bobby Frison, L.C. Frison, Andrew Frison, 5 brother-in-laws, Henry(Katie) Russell of Union, MS, Junior Russell of Michigan, Eddie Ray Russell of Union, MS, Calvin(Fannie-Mae) Russell, George (Melvina) Russell of Union, MS, 3 sisters-in-laws Christine Hardison of Biloxi, MS, Shirley (William) Windham of Biloxi, MS, Catherine (Johnny) Thomas of Aurora, CO, 3 grandchildren; Serenity, Jaylen, and Trenton along with a host of nieces and nephews. He also is survived by a special nephew Terrell, and grandson Trenton. The family has entrusted the care of their loved one to the caring,compassionate staff of RICHMOND-AUGUST FUNERAL HOME, Biloxi.
