Clara M. Causey Knight

Clara Marie Causey Knight, 52 of Biloxi Ms, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at her home in Biloxi Ms.

Clara was born in Natchez, Ms the daughter of Cleave and Avearl Causey. Clara graduated Biloxi High School and then furthered her education at Jeff Davis College. Clara then later married her husband James Wayne Knight in 2009.

Clara spent her working career in the school system working with children as a school teacher. Clara loved to dance! She enjoyed being the life of any party. Oh, how she loved her family, especially her grandkids or as they would call her “Nana”

Clara was preceded in death by her late husband James Wayne Knight; one sister Shirley D. Causey; Her Paternal parents Avearl Causey and Cleave Causey Sr.

Clara is survived by her loving children Cierra M. Causey and one son Carltavious Causey both of Biloxi, MS. Her one sister Augustine (Edward) Causey (Biloxi, MS) and one brother Cleave (Sheila) Causey Jr. (New Orleans, LA). Her adorable grandchildren A’myah C. Causey (Biloxi, MS) Camyla Causey and Carltavious Causey Jr. (both of Florida). Her nieces; Sadayshia and Janiyah Causey (Biloxi, Ms) One nephew; Jy’Savian Causey of Biloxi Ms. Her lover and friend Willie Ross (Biloxi, Ms). A lifelong best friend; Geraldine Bradley (Biloxi, MS) a very special cousin, Kimberly Jones of Panama City, Fl and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at Infinity Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Visitation will start at 1:00 pm.
