Elyanna “Bella” Gabrielle Dedeaux returned to the stars on Thursday July 6, 2017 wrapped in love and surrounded by her family.
Born July 3, 2009, Bella lived eight years full of more love and joy than most will experience in a lifetime. Although she had her own struggles everyday, Bella only ever worried about everyone else. She had a smile and a laugh that were contagious. Joy, love, empathy, and selflessness are words that encompass all that Elyanna was. She left a mark everywhere that she went and everyone she encountered was impacted by her constant outpouring of love, joy, and laughter. The world was truly brighter because of her.
Bella was one of the silliest little girls you could meet. She loved her family so much. She and her big sister, Adrianna, were inseparable best friends. She loved to get into mischief with her little brother JJ, like convincing him to sneak her out of the house in her car for a stroll around the neighborhood. From pushing her babies in a stroller, packing everything imaginable in her many purses, getting dressed in frills and pretty shoes; Bella was the ultimate girly-girl. She loved the color purple, music and dancing, Minnie Mouse, and animals; especially elephants.
Elyanna leaves behind many caregivers at Ochsner Hospital, New Orleans, who fought tirelessly alongside her. Her family would like to extend their gratitude for their ultimate kindness and support to the doctors, nurses, Child-Life staff, and all who cared for Bella during her hospital visits there.
Elyanna was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Samantha Earp and William Hart. She is forever loved and survived by her mother, Khristy Alameda Rodriguez and husband Fernando Alameda Rodriguez; her sisters Adrianna and Samantha; her bothers JJ and Emir; her father Cory Dedeaux and paternal grandmother, Sandra Dedeaux; her aunts, Ashley Hart and Doreen Hart-Scola and uncle, Russ Scola; her cousins, Audrey and William Scola; her aunt Kirsten Dedeaux and cousin, Londyn; uncle, Aaron Dedeaux; her nana, Theresa Rodriguez, and her abuela, Hilda Rodriguez; as well as countless others who loved Bella whose hearts are forever connected to her.
Services will be held Sunday July 9th, 2017 at 4 pm at Greater Grace Apostolic Assembly, 394 Forrest Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 with visitation, one hour before.
The care of Elyanna “Bella” Gabrielle Dedeaux has been entrusted to RICHMOND-AUGUST FUNERAL HOME. Inquiries may be directed to 228-436-6722.
Bella was born and angel and has now gained her wings so that she can fly beside everyone who loved her and guide them along their journey of life until they meet again.
