Erriel Marie Jones

On October 22, 1989 an angel was sent from heaven on a journey to earth when Ms. Erriel Marie Jones was born to the late Errol Jones and Gloria Pittman in Denver, CO. Erriel graduated from Harrison Central High School and chose to continue her education at Penn Foster Career School studying Child Psychology. Although she loved spending time on her computer and watching Game of Thrones, she especially enjoyed being surrounded by her family and friends. Her nieces and nephews meant the world to her. Erriel was a fashionista that loved getting her fair share of retail therapy. A huge fan of gospel music, she loved listening to Pandora and studying the scriptures on her bible app. Heaven gained another angel when Erriel Marie Jones, 27, of Gulfport, MS, entered into eternal rest on September 18, 2017 at St. Joseph Hospice after a long hard-fought illness. Erriel was preceded in death by her father, Errol Jones; her sister, Lacy Jones; her uncle, Bobby Jones; and her grandmother, Mary White Pittman. Erriel is survived by her mother, Gloria Pittman; her sisters, Tonya Pittman of Denver, CO and Tawana Raymond (Jonathan) of Biloxi, her Sissy, Carryn Rice of Columbia, SC; her brothers, Errol Jones, Jr. of Los Angeles, Jerrol Jones and Jharel Jones of Denver, CO; her nieces, Renee Sanchez (Denver), Tiyunna Simmons and Chamari Burks of Biloxi and Jayell Jones of Denver, CO; her nephews, Anthony Sanchez and Andrew Sanchez of Denver, CO and Jonathan Raymond, Jonz Raymond, and Jonson Raymond, all of Biloxi; her Godson, Stephon Graves of Gulfport; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
