Floyd May

Mr. Floyd Lee May was born August 1, 1938 in Tylertown, Mississippi to Joe and Rutha May. A man of many talents, he was employed with Ingalls Shipbuilding for more than 30 years. Mr. May passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013 at the age of 74. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Watts May, one son, Dwight Lee May, and one daughter Pamela Faye May. Mr. Floyd Lee May leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Imogene May; four daughters, Rhonda (Terry) Johnson, Angela (Henry) Dunn, Daisy May all of Houston, TX and Kendra May of Biloxi, MS; three sons, Christopher (Deborah) May of Valdosta, GA, Marcus May of Biloxi, MS and Gregory May of San Diego, CA and 12 grandchildren, a special cousin, Limea Earl Daniels, a special nephew, Willie Ray May, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A memorial service for Mr. May will be held Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 1:00PM at Richmond-August Funeral Home. The family of Mr. Floyd May has entrusted his care to the professional staff of RICHMOND-AUGUST FUNERAL HOME.
