Glendora M. Pickens

Mrs. Glendora Pickens was born December 1, 1949 in Zwollie, Louisiana to Ms. Johnnie Mae Howard. She was later adopted by Ms. Eva Green. The oldest of nine children, Glendora moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast at a young age where she met and married her faithful and loving husband of 39 years Allen C. Pickens. Glendora enjoyed reading the Bible and sharing its words and meaning with her family. She cared deeply for her spouse and children and was described as �the ideal woman� by her husband. Glendora also loved fishing and animals, especially Niko a family pet. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Allen C. Pickens, two sons, Allen D. (Lisa) Pickens and Kevin E. Pickens all of Biloxi and a host of other relatives and friends. The family has entrusted care of their loved one to the professional staff of RICHMOND-AUGUST FUNERAL HOME.
