Grace Beaumont Anderson

Grace Anderson, 71, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022, at her home in Biloxi, Mississippi.  She was born in Washington D.C. and lived in Kansas from 1982 until she moved to Biloxi, Mississippi in 2016.  She is survived by her husband of 50 years Robert A. Anderson, Sr.; daughter Jennifer Anderson and grandsons Braydon Dyer, Ashton Dyer and granddaughter Kennedy Grace Dyer of Manhattan, Kansas; son Donald Anderson (Megan) and granddaughters Gracie and Olivia of Ellinwood, Kansas, and son Robert Anderson, Jr. (Abby) of Hays, Kansas.

She was a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). She was a retired employee of the Ellinwood Kansas Grade School and devoted a lot of her life to helping feed the homeless and assisting others in need in Kansas and Mississippi.

Services will be October 15, 2022, at the Waveland United Methodist Church, 314 Vacation Lane, Waveland, Mississippi at 11:00 O’clock am, followed by a Celebration of Life Luncheon at 12:00 O’clock pm at the Church.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established with the Shepherd’s Kitchen & Food Pantry, a Ministry of the Waveland United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 653, Waveland, MS 39576
