Lillie Mae Jones

Mrs. Lillie Mae Jones, 77, of Gulfport, MS passed away July 28, 2020. Lillie was born on August 14, 1942 in Brent, AL, to Charlie Russell, Sr. and Willie Mae Scott Russell who preceded her in death. Lillie spent her working years doing domestic work. Lillie's favorite pastime was playing Bingo and going to the local Casinos. Lillie was married to Dan Jones, Sr. who preceded her in death along with two sons. Lillie is survived by six brothers: Charlie Russell, Jr., Clemmie Russell, Joe Earl Russell, Leroy Russell, O’Neal James and Johnny Russell; six sisters Mattie Russell, Mandy Griffin, Lena Price, Imella Sanchez, Rosemella Saxton, Evelean Russell; one son: Larry Underwood; one daughter: Lillie (Kenny) Bester; seven step-sons: Samuel (Beulah) Webster, Isaiah Webster, Jimmie Jones, Freddie (Marjorie) Jones, Dan (Tonya) Jones, Kenneth Jones and Avis (Carol) Frieghtman; three step-daughters Barbara (Marcus) Manora, Gladys Smith and Ada Jones along with grand and great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Services will begin at 12:00 noon, Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Infinity Funeral Home with visitation one hour before. Infinity Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mrs. Lillie Mae Jones
