Luther Taylor

Luther Taylor, 70, a resident of Gulfport, passed away, November 2, 2016. Luther was born in Silver Creek, MS, on June 16, 1946, the son of Dave and Annie Mae Taylor. He was married to Catherine Jackson on December 11, 1967. Luther spent his working career in general contracting working with Johnson Construction. Luther was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Taylor; his parents; four brothers, Tom, Johnnie, Jessie, and Fred; five sisters, Izora, Mary, Bonree, Mittie, and Mae. Luther “Luke” is survived by two daughters, Barbara Taylor and Belinda Taylor, both of Gulfport; one grandson, Cole Taylor; and a host of other relatives and friends.
