Murphy Hargrove, Jr.

Murphy Hargrove Jr., 63, a resident of Bayou View Apartments, passed away on November 28, 2019, at his home from congestive heart failure. He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 22, 1956, the son of Murphy Hargrove Sr. and Iona Hargrove. Murphy was married to Ann Hargrove on the 14th of June 2016. Murphy spent his working career in Veterans’ Affairs working in Food Services. Murphy was preceded in death by Ann Hargrove; six siblings: Gerri H. Johnson, Terri Hargrove, Jacqueline H. Bruer, and Curtis Bruer Sr., Marcel Hargrove and Linda Hargrove; five children: Damian Hargrove, Tiara Hargrove; and his stepchildren, Aaliyah, Alex, Natasha, and Lance.
