Percy Lee Clayton, III, 50, a resident of Gulfport, MS, passed away, Thursday, August 6, 2020 in Biloxi, MS unexpectedly.
Percy was born in Gulfport, MS, April 14, 1970, the son of Percy Lee Clayton, II and Evangelist Martha Clayton-Deloach (Edward).
Percy attended Gulfport High School and graduated, Class of 1989. Percy and Linda were united in holy matrimony on April 15, 2017. Percy spent his working career in the United States Army working as a Transportation Specialist.
The many things Percy enjoyed doing were witnessing for the Lord, constantly praying for souls, loved reading the word of God and fulfilled his mission in life as an ordained Deacon who was a Holy Ghost filled Man of God on fire for the Lord.
Percy was preceded in death by his father, Percy Lee Clayton, II and son, Percy Lee Clayton IV.
Our precious praying Percy is survived by his loving wife, Linda Clayton, who shares three children, one beautiful daughter Maya Clayton and two sons, Joshua Clayton and Ja’Shun Graves, his beloved mother, Evangelist Martha Clayton-Deloach (Edward) and his only beloved sister, Naomi Clayton and two god-brothers, Lester Bryant (Latasha) and Cordero Green. Lastly, he leaves his god-mother Pastor Rosie Evans (Charles) whom he loves and cherish and god-father Donald Fairley and his special spiritual brother Robert McQueen along with a host of dearest relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Deacon Percy Lee Clayton III will be held Thursday, August 13th, 2020 at 11:30am and Infinity Funeral Home 184 Main Street Biloxi, MS 39530.
