Robert Charles Dubisky

Robert Charles Dubisky, “Chuck”, passed away in his home on October 1, 2023, in Biloxi, Mississippi, at the age of 65.  He was born in Wayne, Michigan, on March 5, 1958.  The son of Joanna & Charles William Dubisky.

Our Dad was the best at telling detailed, extravagant stories.  Even if you had heard the story before, you’d listen again.  He had a great artistic side with cooking and painting.  His meals were delicious and neatly plated.  He has created beautiful paintings of views and places he has visited. 

We truly feel that before his passing he was in his happy place, mentally and physically.  He has lived in many places, but Mississippi was the happiest he had been in a while.  His ashes will be spread in the ocean where he visited on a regular basis.  He will also be laid to rest with his mother in Michigan.

Chuck was preceded in death by his mother, father and infant brother and sister, and beloved and cherished nephew Matthew VanOoyen.

He is survived by his former first wife Denise and second wife Cynthia, sons, Brandon (Danielle) Dubisky, Kyle Dubisky, daughter, Shannon (Charlie) Coleman.  Also 6 grandchildren, Kirsten, Bradyn, Michael, Charlie, Ryatt, and LaRay.  His beloved companion Roxy, a sister Dianne VanOoyen, nephews, Randall, and Joshua VanOoyen.  Then there are many lifelong friends and family.

Funeral services will be held in private.
