Samuel was born in Atlanta, GA on July 28, 1968. He was the son of James and Faye Davis, both deceased.
Samuel spent 28 years as a commercial truck driver. His career ended in 2021 when he was struck by a car while securing freight in Waco, TX.
Sam loved life. He knew no strangers. He could always make people laugh with his quick wit and humor. He loved to be near the ocean, he loved to feel the sun on his face. You would usually find him outside enjoying the day God had created. He loved riding his motorcycles, family vacations, and the laughter of his grandchildren.
Sam is survived by his wife – Penny Santiago Davis – of 34 years, his children, Samantha (Kris) Davis, Robert (Lauren) Santiago, Santana (Josh) Santiago; 4 grandchildren, Aiden, Kathryn, Nora and Eli; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Per Samuel’s last wishes, there are no funeral services. His wife and children will have a Memorial Service on January 4th, at their home in Biloxi, following the holidays. For anyone who cannot attend, Sam loved dogs and always tried to help others in need. To honor Sam’s life, a donation to any organization supporting these charities would only add to the legacy of Sam’s life.
Infinity Funeral Home extends our condolences to the family of Samuel E . Davis. For inquiries call 228-436-6722.
