Tammara TyLynn King, 32, of Biloxi, MS, passed away on August 10, 2022 at Ocean Springs Hospital. She was born on March 4, 1990, in Gulfport, MS, the daughter of Lee Brooks and Marsha Gullette.
Tammara attended Biloxi High School, graduating in May of 2009. She worked as a cashier at McDonalds in D’Iberville and as a hostess at SaltGrass.
She played the Clarinet for 7 years for the Biloxi High School Band, she was a little cheerleader for the Vikings in Biloxi. Tammara was a free spirited, loving, outgoing person. She didn’t meet no strangers, she loved everybody.
Tammara is preceded in death by her grandfather Tommie Lee Larking, grandfather Young King, grandmother Mary Brooks, Great Grandmother Odessa Holloway, great grandmother Bessie Parker, great grandmother Maudene Eady, great grandfather Corzetta Eady, great great grandfather C.M. Holloway.
Tammara is survived by her mother Marsha (Kendell) Gullette and father Lee Brooks of Biloxi, MS, 1 sister Jazman (Christopher) King of Biloxi, MS, 2 brothers Lee King, Jr. of Long Beach, MS, Arthur (Ashia) Brooks of Biloxi, MS, 1 grandmother Vanessa (Darius) Jackson of Long Beach, MS, her significant other of 19 years Tiffany Merkiston of Biloxi, MS, a couple of very close friends, Karina Dennis, Tashanna Green, Precious Edwards, Juwan Howard, Michael Cannon and Tanya Ort, and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022, at Infinity Funeral Home, at 2:00 pm. Visitation will start at 1:00 pm.
