Wesley Barnett

Mr. Wesley Barnett, 78, was born October 22, 1938 in Providence, MS. He united with Providence Baptist Church in Collins, MS., under the leadership of the late Rev. Barnes. He was a member of the Male Choir. Mr. Barnett loved to take pictures of family members and friends. He also was a friendly person and fun to be around. He was employed with the Glass Plant in Gulfport for 30 years. Mr. Wesley Barnett was preceded in death by his faithful, loving, caring, and devoted wife, Mrs. Ruthie Barnett of Collins, MS; and his nine brothers and one sister. Mr. Barnett is survived by seven children; Kevin, Shavar, Debra (Authur), Felissa, Michelle, Jerry, and James; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Mr. Wesley Barnett will be sadly missed and remembered by his family and friends. Services are Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 11:00a.m. at Greater Grace Apostolic Assembly with visitation one hour prior. The family has entrusted the care of Mr. Wesley Barnett to the professionalism of RICHMOND-AUGUST FUNERAL HOME.
