Mr. Willie Rudolph Reese was born February, 29, 1929 in Ocean Springs, MS to the late Freeman and Laura Melsham Martin. Willie had one sister, Cora Mae Martin Payne. The family moved to Biloxi where he attended Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic School, from which he graduated in May of 1950. Willie entered the United States Army in 1951, serving his Country faithfully until he was honorably discharged. Mr. Reese was employed at the Biloxi Foundries and later with Fayard Moving and Storage. Upon retiriring, Willie enjoyed fishing and working in his yard. A lifelong resident of Biloxi, he could be found playing dominoes in the park with the guys and loved bicycle riding. Mr. Willie R. Reese entered into his eternal rest on April 2, 2013 at the age of 84. Mr. Willie Rudolph Reese was preceded in death by his parents, Freeman and Laura Martin; his sister, Cora Mae Payne and one son, William Reese. He leaves to cherish his memory, four daughters, Laura Reese of Moss Point, MS; Kimberly Stewart of Sacramento, CA; Brenda Kay Reese, of South Carolina, Stepdaughter, Leslie Coleman of Moss Point, MS; six sons, Samuel "Scuddutts" Reese, Howard Reese of Moss Point, Michael Stewart of Sacramento, CA; Kevine Stewart of Oakland, CA; Moses Reese of Tampa, FL and a stepson, Andre Smith; twenty-six grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and a host of other friends and family that will surely miss him. The family of Mr. Willie Reese has entrusted his care to the caring, professional staff of RICHMOND-AUGUST FUNERAL HOME.
